What counts as actionable?

The option must include provider fee, earliest field date, expected delivery and its starting condition, assumptions and exclusions, payment terms, quote validity, deadline fit, and responsible-license confirmation.

What is separate?

The firm's survey fee, proposal, contract, deposit, fieldwork, and deliverables. Survey Desk does not perform or supervise surveying work.

When will I receive a result?

Your private case page shows the exact response target after card authorization. If no suitable option arrives by then, the authorization is canceled. Any result also shows how long you have to accept it.

Is the surveyor's price a binding contract?

It is the firm's current response to the project details you supplied. The firm will still issue its own professional-services agreement. A material change in the project before scheduling may change the price or terms.

When will I see the firm's identity?

After you accept an option and the coordination fee is charged. Before accepting, you can review the firm's price, timing, deliverables, and terms without its identifying details.
